Ingredients:
4 mangoes, diced
2 cups strawberries, diced
1/3 medium red onion, finely diced
1/2 medium red bell pepper, diced
1/3 jalapeño (optional, add more for more spice!), finely diced
3 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
Juice of 1-2 limes
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon chilli powder
Salt to taste
Directions:
Dice all your fruits, vegetables and herbs and place them into a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Add the lime juice, honey, apple cider vinegar, chilli powder and salt.
Mix until they are well combined!
Serve immediately or store refrigerated for approximately 3 days.
