Mango-Avocado Salsa

This is by far one of my favourite salsa’s or dips I have made in a long time. You can use this as a topping for almost any protein source. I added this to my shredded chicken tacos that were recently posted, but it would really pair well with anything, including fish and seafood.

3 mangoes, diced

3 avocados, diced

1/4 red onion, diced

1/3 jalapeno, diced (optional)

Juice of 1-2 limes

1-2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped


Combine all ingredients into a bowl, top over your favourite protein source and enjoy!
