High Protein Cherry-Lime Parfait

175 grams (3/4 cup) Greek Yogurt, Plain, 0%

30 grams (1 scoop) Vanilla Protein Powder

1 cup Frozen Dark Sweet Cherries

Juice of 1 Lime

1 Tablespoon Honey (optional)

20-25 grams Granola


In a small-medium mixing bowl, add the yogurt and the protein powder. Mix until well combined and there are no clumps of protein powder. Set aside.

Heat a small pot or sauce pan over medium-high heat. Add the cherries. Stir occasionally until the cherries start to melt. Once they melt, mash the cherries down with a fork or potato masher. Once the cherries are melted down to the consistency you like them, add the lime and honey. Stir until well combined. Remove from heat and set aside.

To assemble your parfaits, build layers starting with the yogurt and protein mixture, then adding the cherry-lime sauce and topping with granola until you have filled your cup or bowl.
