High Protein Apple Pie Parfait

175 grams (3/4 cup) Plain Greek Yogurt, 0%

30 grams (1 scoop) Vanilla Protein Powder

1 Apple, chopped

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

1 Teaspoon Apple Pie Spice

1/2 Tablespoon Butter (Optional)


In a small-medium mixing bowl, add the yogurt and the protein powder. Mix until well combined and there are no clumps of protein powder. Set aside.

Heat a small frying pan over medium-high heat. Add a small amount of butter (optional), and add your apples once that has started to melt. Top with the cinnamon and apple pie spice. Continue cooking until desired texture. The longer you let them cook, the softer the apples will become. Remove from heat and set aside.

To assemble your parfaits, build layers starting with the yogurt and protein mixture, then adding the apples and topping with granola until you have filled your cup or bowl.
