Beef and barley soup is my favourite soup of all time and this has quickly become a family staple in my household.
Since this does not have naturally a lot of carbohydrates in it, this is a great meal to add a slice of bread or add a side to help round out your meal. A lot of people will mention they don’t find soup very filling, and this one gives you the perfect opportunity to add in something small, feel full, and hit your macro targets at the same time.
