The knowledge that Katie shares and the motivation she provides me through her feedback in the Wellness Program is exciting, eye opening and so well received. In my past, when I needed to lose weight, I did so through diets that involved eating less and basically training myself to live with feeling hungry. Right from the start of this program I already knew with the initial conversation and information Katie was providing me with, I was going about everything the wrong way. If I wanted to get stronger, I needed to eat in a way that would fuel my body to allow it to get stronger, which meant eating way more food then I was used to. What surprised me the most, was how instantly I was okay with that. After years of never eating enough, I felt at ease pretty quickly with eating more because I was learning from someone who KNOWS what they are talking about. Katie you take a vested interest in each of your clients and their specific situations. You instantly had my trust because of your approach to my specific wellness journey. Your feedback is extensive and thorough. Any questions or concerns I have are answered quickly and with great thought and detail. I am grateful for joining The Den for SO MANY reasons but a big one is for being introduced to the Wolfpack Wellness Program and working with Katie!
